What we do

ProPawPicks reviews pet products through the lens of licensed veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and certified pet care specialists. We evaluate products against published safety standards and real-world use, cite authoritative sources such as the AVMA, ASPCA, AKC, and FDA, and accept no payment from manufacturers in exchange for placement or ratings.

How we are different

Most pet product roundups are written by marketers. Ours are written and reviewed by people with named credentials, including veterinarians (DVM and BVSc), registered veterinary nurses and technicians, certified professional dog trainers (CPDT-KA), and applied animal behaviorists. Every recommendation is checked against current safety and nutrition guidance before it is published.
